Jennifer P. Swift, RN, BSN, Clinical Practice Manager

As manager of the Advanced vascular Care Center, Jennifer Swift oversees patient care and administration. With 20 years of experience in dialysis nursing, she is a registered nurse with expertise in hemodialysis and vascular access care. Previously, she worked as a dialysis nurse manager at the Dialysis Center at Waltham, a facility owned by American Renal Associates. She has also worked as a dialysis nurse manager, nurse and technician at Gambro (now DaVita) facilities in Boston, Brookline and Burlington. She igraduated from the University of Southern Maine, where she received a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Kimberly E. Brown, RN, BSN, Registered Nurse

Ms. Brown is responsible for multiple aspects of patient care at the center. She is the admission nurse, as well as the operative and recovery nurse. A registered nurse for almost 12 years, with experience in both hemodialysis and vascular access, she previously worked as a hemodialysis nurse at Martha's Vineyard Hospital. She has also been employed as an agency dialysis nurse in the Chicago area. She is a graduate of Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Ill., where she received her bachelor's degree in nursing.

Kristen L. Howard, Practice Assistant and Surgical Scrub Technician

Kristen Howard is active in patient care, including prepping patients pre-operatively and assisting surgeons with procedures. Her previous employment includes management and sales positions in other industries. Ms. Howard received certification as an emergency medical technician at North Shore Community College. She received certification as a medical assistant, phlebotomist and electrocardiogram (EKG) technician from Everest Institute.
